Returning Policy
​If there is an issue with the products you purchased from our online store or if they do not meet your needs, you can return them after delivery. The legal return period is 5 days from the date you receive the product. You can return the product with your invoice within 5 days, provided that it has not lost its resale value.
The products you wish to return will be examined swiftly and accurately by our team according to Article 12 (“Right of Withdrawal”) and Article 13 (“Products that Cannot Be Returned”) of the “Distance Sales Agreement.” Your request will be evaluated. To be accepted, your return must comply with the conditions outlined in Article 12 and Article 13 of the “Distance Sales Agreement.” (see pikolastoyz.com – Distance Sales Agreement). If your return is accepted and the products meet the requirements of the "Distance Sales Agreement," your refund will be processed within 10 days to the credit/debit card used for your purchase.

Return Conditions

Your return must comply with the conditions outlined in Article 12 (“Right of Withdrawal”) and Article 13 (“Products that Cannot Be Returned”) of the “Distance Sales Agreement.” (see pikolastoyz.com - Distance Sales Agreement)
Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period is 5 days from the delivery date. All accessories and packaging materials must be included with the product, which should be sent back with the original invoice. Returns without an invoice are not accepted.
You may return the products within 5 days, provided they meet the return conditions listed below. Products must be sent back in their original packaging (products with damaged original packaging or with shipping labels affixed directly to the original box will not be accepted). All accessories and packaging materials must be included, and products must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. The original invoice must be included with the return. Returns without an invoice are not accepted. (If the products were gifted, you may exchange them with the delivery note, provided it complies with the “Exchange Conditions and Period.”)
The following products cannot be returned according to the “Distance Sales Agreement”: a) Goods or services whose price varies due to fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER. b) For return requests to be accepted, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return Preparation Process
Please write the code of the product you wish to return and your reason for returning on the back or bottom of your invoice. Be sure to include the invoice in the package you send back.
When the product reaches us, your return request will be reviewed. If it meets the conditions specified above, the return process will be initiated. Once the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded using the payment method you used within the legal period of 10 days. This period begins when PikolaToyz receives the returned product.

Return Shipment
​
For returns related to your orders placed on our website, you can create a return request within the legal period of 5 days via the “My Orders” section under the “Member Login” tab at https://www.pikolastoyz.com/. If your return request is approved, you can use the return code provided by our Customer Service to return the products via PTT cargo. To initiate the return process, you must send the e-invoice that came with your package.
Even if your return request is approved, products that have been used, unpackaged, or damaged cannot be returned. If the returned products do not meet these conditions, the return approval will be canceled, and the products will be sent back to you via PTT Cargo at your expense.
For shipments sent with companies other than PTT Cargo, you must cover the shipping cost; otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted. Your package must be securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Order Cancellation
​
You can cancel your order within the same calendar day of placing it. To do so, please call our Customer Service at +90 507 924 99 06 to request cancellation. If your order is eligible for cancellation, our representative will proceed with the cancellation. To be eligible, your order must not have been collected by our warehouse. Once the collection process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, but you may refuse delivery or follow the return procedure after receiving the shipment.
Your refund will be processed within 24 hours once your order status shows “Canceled.” The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary between banks but generally occurs within a few days; you can track it with your bank.
